Merchant Service Agreement & Use Rules
This Merchant Service Agreement governs access to and usage of the Xpress Pay white-label routing platform. By registering a merchant dashboard, you accept these terms.
1. Merchant Dashboard & 2FA
Merchants are responsible for safeguarding client API secrets and enforcing multi-factor Google Authenticator verification upon dashboard login. Xpress Pay bears no liability for losses arising from compromised merchant credentials.
2. Acceptable Routing Activities
Accounts may only route legitimate gaming, card, or exchange platform volumes. All payment profiles must be reported in advance. Unreviewed domains, mixed funds routing, or quick-loans routing will result in immediate service suspension.
3. Settlements & Discontinuation
Merchants agree to fee commissions of JC 3.5% - EP 5.2% and payout fees of 2.2%. To pause operations or discontinue cooperation, a 30-day advance notice is mandatory to enable audited release of remaining funds.
